THE birthday girl might have been turning 172 but she didn’t look a day over 121.
Harriet the Galapagos tortoise was the centre of attention yesterday at Australia Zoo and the partygoers loved every minute of it.
Celebrating Harriet’s birthday has become a Zoo tradition and a large crowd of all ages rolled up to wish her many happy returns. Harriet was presented with a special tortoise cake to mark the occasion but was more interested in a feast of her favourite indulgence – hibiscus flowers.
