CRIKEY! A word made famous by one man, a local hero, Steve Irwin. Steve lived in his khakis and spent most of his time dodging the bite of a venomous snake or wrestling a long crocodile.
This year in memory of the larger-than-life Steve Irwin, his legacy and passion for nurturing and saving wildlife, Glenview State School participated in Steve Irwin Day on November 15.
The students wore khaki on this special day and raised money for the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital.
