Donor Relations Officer
Hannah started work at Australia Zoo in 2005 and has worked in several departments before joining the Wildlife Warriors' as the main point-of-call for all of our awesome monthly donors. Hannah processes donations and allocates funds to our conservation projects all around the world, and also maintains our donor database and donor correspondence.
When the opportunity arises Hannah loves to get out of the office and help out during the whale-watching season on Whale One and always jumps at the chance to be around our gorgeous animals, especially the lemurs and elephants.
In her spare time Hannah enjoys playing football, chilling with her mates on one of our beautiful local beaches and travelling the world in search for the perfect snowboarding destination.
Tour Coordinator & Community Fundraiser
Phil first visited Australia Zoo in 2003 prior to moving up to the Sunshine Coast and was so impressed with what he saw and experienced that he applied for a position, and was accepted into the Safari Shuttle Department in February 2006.
Phil joined the Tour Desk team in December 2006and was out and about in the zoo everyday taking tours and sharing his passion with our guests. Phil loves meeting and interacting with the diverse groups of patrons and being a part of the Zoo family, especially as it goes through its expansions.
Phil has now joined our Australia Zoo Wildlife Warrior Team and conducts tours of our amazing Wildlife Hospital as well as organises community fundraising oppourtunities.

Michelle joined the Zoo Crew in November 2008.
Growing up on the Sunshine Coast and having travelled the world and worked in the tourism industry for over 8 years, Michelle is excited to be home and sharing her knowledge in one of the world's leading tourism destinations.
As Michelle enjoys travelling and learning new things, she will be kept very busy learning all there is to know about Australia Zoo, its animals and the rest of the Zoo Crew. When not at the zoo Michelle loves to visit friends and family or just relax by the beach.
With thousands of visitors from all over the world passing through the gates daily, all team members understand the importance of making a lasting impression to our patrons. A job at Australia Zoo is more than a vocation, it's a lifestyle - just ask any of our team members.
