Zoe started at Australia Zoo in June 2007. She is currently completing her final semester of uni. Once she finishes she will gain a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) / Diploma of Events Management. She hopes to use the skills she has learnt within the Zoo.
Zoe is a vegetarian. She loves all animals, especially her puppy Mick, named after surfer Mick Fanning.
Zoe loves every moment of working at Australia Zoo, especially all of the people she has met, and would not change it for anything.

Ben is another one of the true photo enthusiasts. If you ever want to know any specs on any camera or new technology this is the guy to talk to...he knows it all!
Ben is always out there striving to capture the most awesome photos possible, at work and out of work. And when he doesn't have his camera strapped around his neck Ben loves going to church, test-driving fast cars, travelling and playing sport- especially soccer!

Leigha begin working at Australia Zoo as a School Based Trainee back in December 2007, which was an amazing opportunity I received through her school.
"I love working in the happy and enthusiastic environment at Australia Zoo. In my spare time I love to ride horses, relax on the beach and munch on some chocolate."

Bek has been working at Australia Zoo since October 2007. In June 2009, whilst working, she went into early labour and had her first child; a beautiful baby boy.
After six months Bek returned back to work as she'd missed all the animals and taking photographs. It wasn't long before she had another little bundle of joy welcoming a girl the second time round. Bek really loves her job....and LOVES being a MUM!!

Returning recently from maternity leave, Sarah B is back and hasn’t changed a bit – except that now she has three little boys to keep her busy outside of the Zoo! At work Sarah exchanges the kids for animals and is usually out snapping photos of our customers with all the cute, cuddly and scaly critters. The little lady hiding under the bucket hat with a big camera strapped around her is Sarah and she’ll be out to get your photo so you can be famous for a day on our display wall.

Toni began working at Australia Zoo in April 2010, bringing 23 years of photography experience with her.
Toni's first visit to Australia Zoo was 30 years ago and loves how it has grown and what it stands for. Her favourite experience is to see Siam, Sabu and Bimbo walk past the photo lab. "I have to stop and watch, they are so majestic. I love them. Where you can work and have an abundance of animals pass by, it's awesome!"
Toni has a 13 year old Jack Russell that thinks she's human and almost is.

Anita started work here at Australia Zoo in late June 2007. She loves chatting and interacting with guests who visit the Zoo. Anita aspires to become a roving photographer.
Anita is a busy mum, who loves the outdoors and enjoys coming to visit the animals on her days off.

Joining the Photography team in July 2009, Kellie has grown to love all the furry and scaly animals at the Zoo. Her favourites are the majestic tigers, cuddly koalas and cheeky red pandas.
Kellie is a movie and book buff so in her spare time, she loves catching the latest release movies, digging up old movies that she hasn't seen, or heading to the library to borrow a truck load of novels to read. She is also loves writing, going to concerts, the beach, and hanging out with family, friends and her partner, Rick.
You can find Kellie always smiling in our Magic or Wildlife Photo Studios ready to take photos of your animal encounters.

Tara started working for the Zoo in our Mooloolaba Shop in March 2007 befoer transferring to our busy photography department in February 2012.
At the moment, she is studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in marketing and communication at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
In her free time she enjoys reading, playing sport and hanging out with family and friends.

Emily joined the team at Australia Zoo in March 2007. She is currently studying at university to hopefully become a primary school teacher. In her spare time, Emily enjoys shopping, watching movies and going to the beach. She also loves catching up with her friends.
Emily loves all animals at Australia Zoo but her favourite would have to be the gorgeous elephants, Siam, Sabu and Bimbo. Emily loves being part of such a great team!

After a long history in the hairdressing industry Sarah decided to change things up and follow her heart into the field of photography.
Sarah joined our photography crew in November 2012 and hasn't looked back as she regularly snaps koalas, gators and even birds in our wildlife photo studio.
Sarah loves taking photos and was thrilled to joined the Australia Zoo team.

Kezia joined the Zoo Crew early 2013, she loves animals and carries a camera everywhere she goes, so working in our photography department allows her to combine her two loves.
Kez's favourite animals at the Zoo are the echidnas. She finds the way they walk absolutely adorable.
Outside of work if Kez is not out and about trying to snap pictures of the native wildlife she'll be jamming away playing the guitar or drums.

Tania received her first SLR for her 21st birthday, this is where Tania's Photography journey began.
As a girl she dreamt to one day work with animals, so when the opportunity for her to join the Australia Zoo photography team arose she could not resist.
"I love being here, it is truly a captivating place and I am so blessed to be able combined my passions for Photography, people and animals"
Tania's favorite animal at the zoo is the Komodo Dragon, she hopes to one day visit Indonesia's Lesser Sunda Islands and see these giant endangered monitors in their natural habitat.

Nikki started working at Australia Zoo in the Mooloolaba shop back in March 2007, she transferred over to our entertainment crew back in May 2010 and is now in our photography department.
Nikki is very enthusiastic about dancing and has been dancing since she was five years old. Apart from dancing, in her spare time Nikki enjoys hanging out with friends and family.
Her favourite animals at the Zoo are the giraffes.
