It's time to celebrate! Happy Birthday to our gorgeous Blue and Gold Macaw, Queto, who turns five today! Wooo-hoo!
Queto is still only a baby, considering that macaws can live to around 70 years of age. He is probably the quietest and most laid back of all the macaws we have. In the future, Queto will be out and about interacting with people around the Zoo.
Here at Australia Zoo, our dedicated team of keepers spoil the animals all year round. So, on their birthdays they get extra extra special attention!
Today Queto will enjoy lots of love, affection and scrumptious treats from his keepers!
