It’s on again, and it’s bigger than ever! Whether you’re a browser, a haggler or a crazed garage sale devotee (we know you’re out there), don’t miss out on Beerwah’s Great Garage Sale on Saturday August 19.
There’s nothing more satisfying than finally finding that limited edition Rolf Harris LP or Pink Power Ranger action figure you’ve been searching for all your life, and Australia Zoo’s front car park will be the place to locate your heart’s desire this August. We’re joining with our local community for the world’s biggest garage sale, and all proceeds from Australia Zoo’s efforts will go to the Australian Wildlife Hospital.
Look for the red balloons all over Beerwah for the best bargains in town!

| What are your opening hours? Our standard opening hours are 9.00am - 4.30pm everyday (except Christmas Day). Can I bring a picnic or buy lunch at the Zoo? The Feeding Frenzy Food Court caters for a wide variety of tastes in three eating venues serving fresh hot and cold food including burgers, Italian and Chinese, sandwiches, salads and yummy desserts. We have ice-cream and drink outlets located throughout the Zoo to keep you satisfied. You are welcome to bring your own picnic into Australia Zoo however
we do NOT have BBQ facilities for the animals safety.
