Storks ROCK!

I am pleased to say our beautiful Black-necked Stork (also commonly know as the Jabiru), is back in training for our free-flight show. Djagarna, who has been on vacation, is stoked to be back exploring our Animal Planet Crocoseum for her return to the show. After a day of play, in the afternoon she walks into her very own travel crate and is wheeled down to the Crocoseum; a ride she looks forward to, as she is always beside her 'Jabmobile' awaiting our arrival each day. Once we arrive at the Crocoseum, her training begins! For now we are just slowly introducing her back to the Crocoseum and its surroundings.After some short flights and a bit of a play, she is ready to return the Jabmobile for the ride home.
Djagarna is progressing quite well, and I am sure it won't be too much longer before she rejoins the show and is flying high abovethe Zoo.
