Old Mr Freshie Checks in

Well it may have taken a few months but Old Mr Freshie has finally built up the courage to explore his extended enclosure. Old Mr Freshie is a Fresh Water Crocodile whom happens to be somewhere around the age of 130. We recently gave his neighbour’s a new home so we had a vacant enclosure, which gave Old Mr Freshie the perfect chance to revamp his current housing situation. Now with an enclosure 3 times the size of his previous one, Old Mr Freshie seemed a little reluctant to check out his new surroundings. Tempting the big fella with food gave no result so we figured he just needed time. His little girlfriend Blondie wasted no time, frequently being seen sunning within the new areas on offer but the old man was still comfortable in his old faithful home he has been in for so long. Now just a few days ago, Old Mr Freshie packed his bags and decided to explore the possibilities within his new environment. We can only hope the big fella enjoys his new home for all the team have put in many hours of solid work to get it just right…Good Luck old man...
