Can't live with them, can't live without them

Coming from the only male in the section, the girls here in the Exotics Department are a pretty cool group to work with. If you think I'm talking about the keepers, you're wrong... Okay, I guess they're pretty awesome too. But sometimes I wonder which group of girls I would rather hang with, the keepers or the animals? If I ever want to talk to someone about anything at all, most of the time the animals will listen and share some comfort, where as the keepers (the girls) usually just laugh at me.

When it comes to sharing a joke, we probably have one of the funniest bunch of animals in the Zoo and they often keep us entertained. But when it comes to the keepers I guess being the only male means that I have to be the larrikin and provide the comic relief of the section. Sometimes I would rather sit and have smoko or lunch with the animals too, instead of the keepers, because as you could imagine some of the topics of discussion that go on would scare any normal fella. So believe me, I have learnt a lot about women just from being apart of the exotics team.
