Camel Kisses

Hi everyone, now I trust you all had a fantastic day on Valentines Day! We all had loads of fun here at the zoo, muffins and roses and all sorts of surprises. Now for those of you who have visited the zoo before you may have been greeted by Teela one of our dromedary camels out at the front gate. Well Teela absolutely loves Valentines Day because she gets to do what she loves best! Teela is definitely not a shy camel when it comes to handing out the kisses! She often plants big sloppy kisses on many unsuspecting visitors to the zoo! Not so pleasant for the person on the receiving end but definitely very cute! Here on Valentines Day we play an animal magnetism game with our camels. What this involves is three very brave volunteers, holding carrots in their mouths and Teela barreling towards them to grab the carrots (with a fence in between of course)! Which ever person Teela chooses first is the winner!
