Pip the Possum

PIP THE POSSUM
This timid girl,
She hides away;
‘A giant possum!’
...or so they say.

With big brown eyes
And a pink little nose,
Has a thick fluffy coat
From her head to her toes.

Loves her cuddles
And sweet potato too,
And meeting new friends
all over the zoo

Swings by her tail
In an effort to prove,
That she is a REAL possum,
Through and through.

But while crawling up shirts
And licking our face,
She clambers up shoulders
All over the place!

So she thinks she’s a person!
But its US in the end,
Who are lucky to have Pip the possum,
As our very dear friend.
