Cleo's Safari Days

'Steve's Safari Shuttle' has always been a focus for our cheetahs on their afternoon walks in the zoo. Since the cheetahs arrived at the zoo and started walking on leash, they have taken a great interest in stalking the shuttle. Cleo has always been the most adventurous cheetah, and here she is at it again! She is always the first to try anything.With the excitement of the noise and movement from the moving shuttle, it has enticed Cleo to jump on a parked one. Cleo looked very cute as she wandered the seats of the shuttle, although she is still very cautious when the shuttle passes us during her walk. Our cheetah handlers are constantly conditioning the cheetahs to new and different things for their enrichment.
