"Yummy"

Not only do our beautiful babies in Kids Zoo get to eat farm food and have bottles through out the day, but they also get a lovely treat each morning and every afternoon.

The little lambs and calves get freshly cut grass and the goats are very spoilt with a lot of browse (fresh tree branches). Now there is a wide range of trees they can eat such as Pine, Acacia, Lychee, Palms, Macadamia and Fig and that's just to name a few. We do try to cut different trees each day just for a bit of variety.

Now your probably thinking, 'What about the little piglets?'. Well the piglets do get some mango leaves to nibble on and play with, and they also get some fruit and pig mix at the end of the day. So don't worry they never miss out!

Sometimes if it is a busy day the keepers might be five minutes late with the babies browse and grass, but we don't forget for too long as the babies start making a lot of noise just to remind us. And with 30 odd animals in Kids Zoo you don't forget for very long!
