Our lovely triplets!

Hello from Kids Zoo where once again we have some new animals.

We have six piglets, all pink ones this time so identifying who's who can be a bit of a challenge, especially when they're all squealing up at the fence waiting impatiently for their bottles!

We also have a set of triplets – Francesca, Vanessa and Layla. These girls are Anglo-Nubian kids and are absolutely adorable with their long droopy ears and endearing personalities.

They are about eight weeks old now and have settled into life at Kids Zoo, thoroughly enjoying all the extra attention that a busy school holidays bring.

The triplet -trio have got used to their collars and leads and each day have some time out walking and grazing. They're naturally inquisitive and check out all the other animals in Kids Zoo on their way past, usually trying to get into the calves' pen for a closer look! On the really cold windy days we've had recently, they've been pretty reluctant to leave the warmth and comfort of their heat pad and straw bed…who can blame them…but once they've been coaxed out they enjoy a run around in the sun and wind catching leaves as they blow past.

So next time you're in Kids Zoo make sure you say hello to the triplets, they'd love a cuddle and a scratch under the chin!
