Hi guys its Marko and these are very exciting times for me at the moment because my training is moving forward and I'm starting to do some really cool stuff. Recently I was signed off for feeding our adult American Alligators which was a real eye opener for me to be so close to a large animal like Barney our biggest gator.
Even better still I've just started to feed salties (Salt Water or Estuarine Crocodiles) and my training is beginning with two of our smaller crocs Scrappa and Bluey and slowly but surely I will get to move my way up to the bigger boys like Agro and Acco.
Training to enter our crocodile enclosures is a long and slow process, learning to observe individual crocs behavior and understanding all of the safety procedures that must be followed. So far everything is going great, I still have all my arms and legs so stay tuned for more updates on my progress.
Till next time punters Crocs Rule!!
