Take a look at these guys now! Over the last months they have learnt from the best. Their parents have taught them to hunt, foraging through scrub and leafage to find tasty things like insects, worms, spiders. With a variety of food like this they receive all the nutrients and goodness they need to grow up healthy and strong. Very much the same as us humans. As you can see in this photo they have learnt from their parents how to camouflage themselves from predators and they are doing it fantastically. Not only does their brown plumage make them look earthy, but by sticking their necks out and laying as flat as they can and as still as possible, the predator will most likely walk right by them thinking they are apart of the scenery. These guys have grown so much in the last months that soon they will be off on their own, discovering the world and having some amazing adventures!
