Package Details
Timing and Days
- One Dingo encounter is held daily.
- Encounters run from 3.00pm – 3.20pm. Participants need to meet at the Information & Tour Desk 10 minutes prior to encounter.
Price and Guest Limit
- $30 per person (does not include admission). Admission can be paid on arrival at the Zoo.
- Minimum age 8 years.
- Maximum of 4 people per encounter.
Bookings
- Bookings can be made at the Information & Tour Desk by 2.30pm on the day of the encounter or can be made in advance by calling (07) 5436 2002 or email via our contact form.
Extras
- A professional photographer will take photos of your encounter. These photos are available for purchase from our Photography Lab 30 minutes after completion.
Terms and Conditions
- Available only to participants who are eight (8) years of age and above.
- Daily interaction with the Dingoes may vary.
- All participants must agree to follow instructions given by the handlers.
- Participants may be asked to cease the encounter at anytime at the handlers' discretion.
- Please ensure that you wash your hands both before and after the encounter.
- No personal items are permitted into the encounter area during the experience, with the exception of cameras.
- Dingoes can be patted under the supervision of the keepers.
- Australia Zoo does not take any responsibility for any injuries that are received during the experience. First Aid will be called if required.
- An Australia Zoo photographer will be present during the experience to capture the action. Photos can be viewed and purchased at the Fujifilm Photography Lab.
- Cost of encounter does not include entry into Australia Zoo. Admission can be paid seperately on arrival to the zoo.
