Here’s one the kids will love! Now you can get even closer to our precious little friends in Kids Zoo. Meet our piglets, calves, lambs and goats; help clean their enclosure, give them a brush, a bottle feed and lots of love and affection!
Package Details
Timing and Days
- One Farmyard Fun encounter is held daily.
- Encounters run from 1.30pm-1.45pm. Participants meet at the Information & Tour Desk 10 minutes prior to encounter.
Price and Guest Limit
- $20.00 per person (does not include admission). Admission can be paid on arrival at the Zoo.
- Maximum age 10 years.
- Maximum of 4 children per encounter.
Bookings
- Bookings can be made at the Information & Tour Desk by 1.00pm on the day of the encounter or can be made in advance by calling (07) 5436 2002 or email us via our contact form.
Extras
- A professional photographer will take photos of your encounter. These photos are available for purchase from our photography lab 30 minutes after completion.
- Includes one 6" x 8" photograph.
Terms and Conditions
Farmyard Fun Encounters are available to participants who are 10 years of age and under only.
- Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian during the encounter.
- Sensible footwear must be worn during the encounter.
- All participants must agree to follow all instructions given by the handlers.
- Participants may be asked to cease the encounter at any time at the handler's discretion.
- Please ensure that your hands are clean prior to the encounter.
- No personal items are permitted into the encounter area with the exception of cameras.
- Australia Zoo does not take any responsibility for any injuries that are received. First Aid will be called if required.
- An Australia Zoo photographer will be present during the encounter to capture the action. Photos taken will be available for purchase from the Fuji Photography lab. (One photo is included in the cost of encounter.)
