Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital Behind the Scenes Tour

Check out the state-of-the-art Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital, Australia's largest and busiest wildlife hospital, where you can observe our extraordinary team of vets as they save precious wildlife right in front of your eyes.

The Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital was opened in 2004, inspired by the memory of Steve's mum, Lyn Irwin, who was a pioneer in wildlife care. All monies raised from this tour goes directly back to the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital.

Aussie Animals

Have you ever wanted to feed an echidna or play with a wombat? How about cuddle a Tasmanian Devil? You can do all of this, plus get a photo with a gorgeous koala, feed a kangaroo and stacks more!

Furry Fun

This is a great experience for the whole family. Meet and feed our Leapin' Lemurs, Rascally Red Pandas & Naughty Wombats!

Ripper Reptiles

If reptiles are your thing this is the tour for you. You will get to pat an iguana, plus hold a large Burmese Python and an Alligator - with awesome photos to prove it!

Conservation Crusaders

A very unique experience, this tour takes in the biggest Wildlife Hospital in the world. You'll also feed our beautiful elephants, get a photo with a cuddly koala and be entertained by the Wildlife Warriors Show!

This is special tour designed for the kids. Learn heaps and be entertained at the Wildlife Warriors show, hand feed an elephant and have a photo taken with a koala and a reptile!
