Younger male crocodiles, measuring between 9 to 11 feet, are of great interest in our research. These crocs are not large enough to maintain their own territory, so how do they successfully live side-by-side with the larger, territorial males? The tracking data from the satellite tracker on Ash is already showing us that he is incredibly mobile within the river. We look forward to learning so much more from this young croc.
