Robert's Reptile Quest
Crikey! It’s no secret that Robert has a passion for reptiles. To celebrate his birthday, come and be a part of Robert’s thrilling adventure at Australia Zoo! Follow the clues throughout the Zoo to unveil the secret word and claim your prize at the Laughing Frog Lolly Shop. So, lace up your adventure boots and join us for an exciting zoo-wide quest!
Special Birthday Performances
Come and be part of a pre-show extravaganza that’s sure to be fantastic! Creedence: The John Fogerty Show is a tribute to the classic and enduring rock music of the brilliant songwriter, guitarist, and singer John Fogerty, the iconic frontman of Creedence Clearwater Revival. There’s no doubt that they’ll have the Containers for Change Crocoseum rocking, getting you up and dancing! The excitement kicks off at 12:45 pm with the Welcome to Country by the Gubbi Gubbi.
Inflatable Obstacle Course
Experience an adventure like no other as you bounce your way through our animal safari-themed inflatable obstacle course! Race through obstacles and slides… See if you can stay on your feet the entire time. Join us at the Outdoor Learning Centre Lawn for a day of bouncing fun! Best of all, this activity is absolutely FREE and runs from 8 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm. It’s perfect for kids aged 4 to 12 years old.
Photographic Walks
Join the professional photographers from CameraPro on a wild walking adventure at Australia Zoo. Photographers of any skill level can learn some awesome tips and tricks while enjoying our lush open gardens and wildlife. Spaces are limited (max 10 per session) so be sure to register by clicking on the registration button below. Include your preferred time of 10 am or 10:45 am. BYO camera and sense of adventure…
Exciting Family Fun Activies!
There are plenty of birthday activities and heaps of family-friendly fun for all! Join us at the Outdoor Learning Centre from 8 am to 4 pm for our Fried Mudd Reptile Clay Workshop where you can make your very own clay reptile! Get crafty with the Little Builders Workshop and make some cool wooden structures to take home with you. Pose for a reptile caricature drawing with our fantastic artist, Dave. Have a blast with your mates at our Crikey! Kids Corner and be sure to look out for the Gubbi Gubbi as they perform traditional dance around the Zoo.

Following a day filled with birthday festivities, savour a complimentary Magnum Classic ice cream at the Exit Gift Shop starting from 2:00 pm, courtesy of our mates at Streets. Hurry, they’re only available while supplies last!
