It was hard sticking to 10, but we’ve compiled a list of what we think are Australia Zoo’s Top 10 Highlights for our visitors!

1. Showtime in the Crocoseum

Crikey! Don’t miss all the slithering, swooping, jaw-snapping action of Australia Zoo’s Wildlife Warriors Show. We bring you face-to-face with birds, slithering snakes and get your adrenalin pumping as you watch a massive croc launch a strike from the water’s edge!

2. Roo Heaven

Hand-feed our kangaroos in our Roo Heaven to your heart’s content!

6. Grace’s Bird Garden

Home to many of Australia Zoo’s feathered animals, Grace’s Bird Garden provides a loving and lush haven to over 170 birds from more than 19 different species.

7. Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital

Go behind-the-scenes and check out our state-of-the-art Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital! Watch our team of vets provide lifesaving treatment to sick, injured and orphaned Australian native wildlife. 

8. Tigers

Visit our Tiger Temple, which is home to our magnificent Sumatran tigers! This is where you’ll catch one of the world’s most beautiful big cats hanging out by the pool or interacting with their keepers!

9. Giraffe Snapshots

Here at Australia Zoo you have the chance to get up close and personal with these beautiful animals by hand-feeding one of our gorgeous giraffes.

10. Africa

Explore our multi-species African Savannah! Here’s where you’ll find rhino, zebra and giraffe, plus our cheeky meerkats! Cheetah can also be spotted on their daily walks.
